At The Arc of the Capital Area, our Employment Services Program is dedicated to empowering neurodiverse individuals by connecting them with competitive, integrated employment opportunities. Our team is passionate about fostering meaningful connections and helping individuals achieve their career goals.
With the support of our experienced career development specialists, we focus on identifying each participant’s unique strengths, abilities, priorities, and interests. From job exploration and training to ongoing support, we provide personalized guidance every step of the way to ensure success in fulfilling and inclusive employment.
Our services are available through various funding options to meet your needs, including support in accessing Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) services, our internal Pathways to Employment program, private pay, or Medicaid waiver services. Services Offered with an Arc Career Specialist
At The Arc, we advocate for equal opportunities for individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD).
